I. Basic definitions.
а. Clan/team
Every team (clan) participating in the league must consist of at least 5 members. The terms "clan" and "team" are synonymous here.

b. Manager.
Manager is a person responsible for his team organization and management. In case a clan win the prize, it's manager who gets the money.

c. Player.
- Each player must play for one team only. A player musn't represent any other team in any competition, be it with prize fund or not, offline or online, national or international, qualification matches, season matches and play-off matches.
- A player is considered as representing any team if:
1. He plays for this clan.
2. Uses the clan-tag with his nickname (in case a player has a personal sponsor, he may use his sponsor's tag)
3. The player is in the other team's profile at nay league, doesn't matter as a player or an orga.
The exception from the rule is:
- ESL Bundesliga
- ESL Amateur Series
- Other competitions, where player is allowed to play for a team different form his own (so-called "Trial Player")
- International competitions (ESL Nations Cup)
- Competitions, where, according to the rules, players from different teams are united to form a new team with an unique team name and team tag.

d. Match.
Matches are played in the following way: there are 4 submatches of 1-vs-1 type, and 1 submatch of 4-vs-4 type. All the submatches are played till one of the players wins twice. For every submatch won, team gets 1 point.

e. Submatch.
A game between two or four player, played as best-of-3 (till one of the players wins twice), with the starting map set initially by the administration, and the following maps picked according to the "looser's pick" rule.

f. "Looser's pick".
The system which is used to define the map to continue a submatch after the first game is over. The player who's lost on the first map may chosse a map to co continue submatch.

g. Veto.
Every player may use veto to except one of the maps as possible losser's pick. The right of veto may be used only one in submatch, and may be used at any moment of match - after opponent doing his looser's pick, too. That's why you're politely asked to ask for your opponent's veto before icking the next map.

II. Basic terms.
a. The following rules must be observed by all the teams and players, participating in the leagues, organized by inAction Gaming. Registering for participation in any league, organized by inAction Gaming, the participants do agree with the rules set.

b. Players and organizers of teams must behave correctly and politely to the representatives of other teams. Unpoliteness and rudeness may cause either penalty points punishment or disqualification with corresponding fofeit.

c. The rules may be changed by the administration when the league is running. In tha case the amendments will take it power the next week after they were made. The prize fund won't be decreased during the season running.

d. Team orgas, registering their team for participating in this or that league, must provide the following information concerning the the team:
- official web-site.
- list of orgas
- list of players
(All the information is provided by full filling team's profile on the official league web-site)

e. Participating in the competitions by inAction Gaming, players must use game account which is identical to the game account mentioned in their profiles. If the rule is not observed, player is under the risk of forfeiting gis matches.

f. A player added to a team's roster can't play for his team during the playweek he joined and the following playweek. But the player may be allowed to play on the both side agreement, you know.

III. Warcraft III.

b. The usage of any way modified maps is forbidden (except the cases of both sides agreement). All the maps needed for participating in this or that league may be downloaded from official web-site of inAction Gaming.

c. The game platform of the leagues is Good Game Arena by Ocean Technology. It means that all the games must be played on Garena (except the cases of both sides agreement, when it's allowed to play on any other platform if both the players agree).

d. It's allowed to use ListChecker programm, in case your opponent has no objections.

e. Any change of the game parameters or usage of third-party programs (except Garena) is forbidden and will be severely punished.

IV. The league system.
The competition consists of three parts:
1. Qualification.
2. Regular season.
3. Play-off.

V. Qualification.
a. The amount of teams accepted to qualification is defined by league administration.

b. The qualification system is Double Elimination.

c. Two teams qualify through the upper (winner) bracket, and two teams - throught the lower bracket.

d. During the qualification, teams play one match per week. Matches must be scheduled before Thursday of corresponding playweek.

VI. Regular Season.
a. There are 12 teams participating in the regular season. Each of them is to play 11 games, 1 game versus every other clan participating.

b. There's one match to be played during one playweek. The order the teams face each other is defined according to the schedule, which is made in the beginning of the regular season.

c. In case a team leaves the league during the regular season it may be replaced by any other team, which gets all the points and penalties of the team left.

d. In case two teams got the same amount of points by the end of the regular season, the team which won the face-to-face match during the season will got higher rank.

VII. Play-off.
a. Teams placing 1st and 2nd after the regular season do qualify to the semi-finals.

b. The teams placing 3rd up to 6th are to play quarter-final matches to define two semi-finalists. The team placing 3rd is to play versus the 6th one, and the 4th is to play versus the 5th one. In that matches the teams placing higher position may define the starting maps for the quarter-final match.

c. Starting from semi-finals, play-off is played as Double Elimination.

VIII. Playing matches.
VIII. 1. Scheduling.
1.a. A play week lasts from 00:01 Monday to 23:59 Sunday (CET).

1.b. The teams are to define the match time before Sunday of the week, previous to the week where the match is to be played. If the date can't be defined on time, it's set as "Saturday, 19:00 CET".


VIII.2. Postponing and preponing matches.
2.a. Every match is to be played as a whole one, at once.

2.b. Starting a submatch two or more hours before the clanwar time is regarded as preponing. Playing one submatch in 1 or more hours since the clanwar is over is regarded as postponing.

2.c. Every clan gets 4 wildcard in the beginning of the regular season. Wildcard is used to postpone or prepone a submatch without opponent's agreement.
In case there's missing a player who are to play both in players -vs- player and 2 players -vs- 2 players submatches, and wildcard is used to postpone his 1 -vs- 1 submatch, this very player can be changed to another player from the team's roster without opponents agreement.

2.d. Postponed games are to be played in 3 days after the clanwar started. The teams’ orgas have 48 hours to define the date of the game. If they fail to do that, the date of the game is set by the league administration.
The teams must inform the administration about the prepones/postpones, either during the match or posting corresponding information in the match comments at the league web-site. The date when the preponed/postponed games also must be stated in the match comments.

2.e. Postponed games, if they’re not played in time, will be annulated, if both the teams showed no activity in defining the date of the games postponed.

2.f. Referee/administrator may not to count the results of the match in if the match was played without his agreement or without admin noticed about the date of the match.

2.g. A team is free to use wildcard during first 30 minutes of match. After this time passes, wildcard may be used only on opponent's or match adminstrator's permission.

2.h. One submatch from a clanwar may be preponed by two teams, without using a wildcard. The condition is that the game preponed is to be played on the same day as the whole match itself, or on the day before. Any more preponements require using wildcards.
If a preponed game is to be played on a day different from the day of the match or the day before it, there's a wildcard to be used. If a team prepones a submatch without using a wildcard in this case, there'll be 1 penalty point given.

VIII.3. Line-ups.
3.a. Line-up is to be sent not later than 30 minutes before clanwar start time.

3.b. Line-ups are published on the league web-site 30 minutes before clanwar start time.

3.c. Line-ups can't be changed after they are sent (except the both side agreement case, when it's allowed to change any player to another player from the team's roster).

3.d. A player can't play in two player -vs- player submatches in a match. He can play in one submatch of that type only.

3.e. In case of the both side agreement it's allowed to change one player in line-up to another player from the team's roster after the line-ups are sent.

3.f. A player added to a team's roster can't play for his team during the playweek he joined and the following playweek. But the player may be allowed to play on the both side agreement, you know.

3.g. All the players who will participate in play-off are to be added to the team's profile till the 9th playweek ends. Players who are added later are forbidden to participate in play-offs except the case of the both side agreement.

3.h. The order the submatches will be played may be defined before the match starts. The players for the corresponding submatches must be ready to start on the time scheduled, what's reccomended to post in the match comments on the site. In case there's no any special agreement about the order the submatches will be played, all the players must be ready to start theur submatches in the beginning of the match.

VIII.4. Being late.
4.a. A team may ask for defwin in a submatch in case the opponent is more than 20 minutes late and it (the late) was not discussed and agreed before the match. Also, in case you pretend for defwin, you should remember that your player has to be ready to play.

IX. Matches.
a. Every match consists of 4 submatches of player -vs- player type and 1 submatch of 2 players -vs- 2 players type. The submathches are to be played in any order you like. In case two teams can't define the order of playing the submatches they're to be played according to the order of start-maps (up-to-down, but 2x2 being first).

b. In 24 hours after the match is finished (postponed games aren't taken into account) team orgas are to provide the replays of all the games won by players of their teams. The replays may be uploaded to the league site in your clanwar information menu..

a. Winning a submatch, a team gains 1 point.

X. Submatches.
a. A submatch is played as best-of-3 (till a player wins twice). The first map of a submatch is defined by line-up. The next map to be played in a submatch is defined by the player who lost on the first map (so called "looser's pick").

b. Every player has opportunity to except one map as possible map-pool (so called "veto"). Veto may be used only once in a submatch, but even after opponent made his looser's pick. So, please, be patient and polite and ask your opponent about his veto before announcing your pick.

c. A certain map is to be played only once in a submatch.

d. The observers may enter the game if players have no objections. If they do object, game is played with no observers (host and players only).

e. Remember the map-pool!

f. Players are forbidden to have any contact with other persons aimed to get information about their opponent's actions in game (team-speak and so on). It's allowed to contact with your ally during 2 -vs- 2 submatches, of course.

g. Each team is supposed to have a good host (a player who can host games, providing more or less good ping to players) for a clanwar.

h. In case two teams can't define the host a game to be played on, referee will decide.

i. In case of disconnect of one of the players during 3 first minutes of a game the game is to be replayed with the same settings. In case a disconnent happens after 3 first minutes of a game passed, it may cause a tech lose for a player.

j. It a host is disconnected, game is to be replayed. In case one of the players had obvious and unquestionable advantage, referee may give him win without replaying the game.

k. In case a disconnected player had obvious and unquestionable at the moment of disconnect, referee may set the game to be replayed to save the spirit of fair competition.

l. The break between games is not to last more than 10 minutes (except the cases when it was discussed before and the cases when it's necceasary to find another host).

m. A player is free to pause the game without his opponent's permission. It's forbidden to players to resume game without opponent's permission. After 10 minutes from the moment, when the game was paused, pass, the geams may be resumed by the player who hadn't paused, without opponent's permission.

n. In case one of observers caused so-called obs-bug, which leaded to multiple disconnections, and one or both players disconnect, or host disconnect included, there’re 4 general ways to clarify the situation:
- If the player and the observer are of the same team, and no one of the players had clear advantage, then the player forfeits the game.
- If the player and the observer are of the same team, and the player had a clear advantage, then a regame is set.
- If the player and the observer are of the same team, and the opponent (a player of other team) had clear advantage at the moment of the disconnection, then the first player forfeits the game, and no regame needed.
- If the observer, who caused the disconnection, is not a member of any of the two teams participating in the match, then the situation is to be clarified according to points X.i., X.j., X.k. of the rules.

XI. Unfair play.
a. Accusing opponent in unfair play during the match will be considered as insult and punished in the following way.

b. All the issues concerning unfair play are clarified by the administration, all the decisions are brought by the administration only.

c. If the fact of unfair play is proved, the player will be disqualified, with forfeits set in all his matches in the regular season (without punishing the player's team with corresponding amount of penalty points in case the team's guilty is not proved).
