II.f. Commentaries for international matches should be written in the English language. Not observing this rule is equal to uncorrect behaviour and will be punished correspondingly.

Rule I.c. was clarified:
I.c. Player.
- A player can play for one clan only. A player can't represent any other clan in a prize fund competitions (online or offline, national or international, qualification or play-off).
- A player does represent a team if:
1. Plays for this team.
2. Uses the team tag with his nickname.
(It's allowed to use personal sponsor's tag with the team tag).
The exception from the rule is:
- ESL Bundesliga
- ESL Amateur Series
- Other leagues where players are allowed to play for the tag different from theirs own (so called "Trial Player")
Rule X.m. was introduced:
Any player is able to pause the game without his opponent's permission. After a game paused, it can't be resumed without both the players agreement. A game may by resumed by the person who hasn't paused it in one-sided order after 10 minutes from the pause moment pass.
Rules X.j. and X.k. wew updated to:
j. If a host is disconnected, game is to be replayed. In case one of the players had obvious and unquestionable advantage, referee may give him win without replaying the game.
k. In case a disconnected player had obvious and unquestionable at the moment of disconnect, referee may set the game to be replayed to save the spirit of fair competition.

Rule VIII.2.g. was introduced:
2.g. Team is free to use wildcard during first 30 minutes of the match. Later, team loses this right, and wildcard may be used only in case of opponent's agreement or match administrator permission.
